GlampFinder is operated by Seven Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”), who acts as data controller for this website.

What we collect. This site has no accounts, no forms and sets no marketing cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. If you email us, we hold your email and message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Optional analytics. When enabled, we ask permission before loading Google Analytics or setting its cookies. If you allow analytics, we measure page visits and clicks to operator and booking websites, telephone and email links. We send the listing identifier, link placement and destination hostname or contact method, not phone numbers, email addresses, search text or destination query strings. These clicks indicate interest, not confirmed enquiries or bookings. Google receives technical information such as browser and device data when analytics is loaded. We do not enable advertising personalisation.

Your analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. You can decline, or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page when analytics is enabled. Withdrawal removes our Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the analytics tag. Your saved shortlist is separate from this choice.

Legal basis. We process this data under legitimate interest (running and securing the website, responding to enquiries). Optional analytics relies on your consent.

Third parties. Listing photographs are served from Google’s servers, which means your browser requests images directly from Google when viewing listing pages. Google’s own privacy policy applies to those requests.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact hello@glampfinder.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
